Christmas Day Menu 2014

 Breakfast at Z'Adore, La Couarde

Déjeuner at Le Belem, St Martin-en-Ré 

The 35e menu was served with a red Sancerre and water
Médaillon de thon mariné aux épices douces
Filet de bar rôti, sauce beuure blanc, étuvée de légumes frais
Gros macaron au caramel et aux pommes followed by coffee and brandy
