Nifty Electric Vehicles

It's the first time I have seen these anywhere at all.

They were parked on Boulevard Blossac one way system near the Bandstand and Church.

    I first saw one of these parked, charging up, opposite Chatellerault SNCF station last summer...
    I have hankered after one ever since...
    unless I can afford a Renault Twizzy...
    especially now that Grand Pressigny is getting a couple of charging points.
